Pan-fried Ribeye Steaks

Ingredients

4 x 250g Ribeye Steak
A little Olive Oil
1 Lemon Juice
Salt & Pepper

Steps

Step 1

Heat the pan well.

Step 2

Rub the steaks with a little oil, salt and pepper.

Step 3

When the pan is red-hot, put in the meat and cook for about 5 minutes on each side.

Step 4

Finish off with the lemon juice.

Step 5

Serve with fresh salad or traditional roast potatoes with fennel seeds.

Prime Tips

Although many people love their steak ‘Well Done’, cooking it to ‘Medium’ will give you a better flavour.

The ribeye is also good when cooked in the oven.
