Grilled Pork Chops with Coleslaw & Beans

Serves 4

Ingredients

4 Pork Chops good sized
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 cloves Garlic
200g Cannellini Beans
Salt & Pepper
For the coleslaw
1 small Onion
1 Carrot
Few Cabbage Leaves
1 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
1 tbsp Olive Oil
Few Radishes

Steps

Step 1

Heat up your grill pan in advance.

Step 2

Sweat garlic in olive oil. Season chops.

Step 3

Grill chops for five minutes on each side.

Step 4

Heat up the cannellini beans in a small pot.

Step 5

Shred finely the cabbage, onion & carrot.

Step 6

Season with olive oil and vinegar.

Step 7

Garnish with sliced radishes.

Step 8

Serve the beans and coleslaw with the chops.

Prime Tips

Sprinkle some white wine on chops during grilling so that these remain moist. Ask your butcher at the Prime Meat Shop to explain the variety of chops available. You may wish to opt for medallions, boneless and skinless, derived from the centre cut of the pork loin.
