A varies selection of local and foreign sausages ideal for sauces, pasta dishes, hot dogs and BBQs:

  • Maltese sausage – made the traditional way with selected pork cuts, garlic, coriander, parsley and pepper. A smoked variation of the Maltese sausage is also available.
  • Maltese salami
  • Italian sausage made with selected cuts of fresh pork with the addition of a spice blend these sausages are well suited for grilling and BBQs
  • Garlic sausage

Better known as zalzett mir-roża (pink sausages) these are English-type sausages made according to the English method using rusk with a special blend of herbs and spices. There are 2 types, the thick and thin variety and both are made using pure pork or a mixture of pork and beef.

  • Catering packs come with 80 pork sausages (2.25kg).

 

  • Frankfurters – Made with pure pork which is then fully cooked and smoked. Simply reheat the before to serving.
