Cooked Ham

All PRIME hams are all manufactured using entire pork muscles, producing a superior ham compared to ham manufactured from minced pork. Cooked ham is available by weight from major supermarkets delicatessen cunters.

Speciality Ham

This is the up-market range of cooked hams, manufactured from the leaner and more expensive cuts such as pork legs and medallions. All meats are prepared by using a very low level of brine injection with little or no added water.

Mortadella

PRIME’s mortadella are prepared according to the authentic Italian method using a slow cooking process and using Bruno Galli’s original recipes. He is considered one of Italy’s leading experts in the manufacture of mortadella.

Mortadella Regina is large in diameter mortadella and made with pieces of ham, fat, and pistachios.

Mortadella Stella is the standard size typical mortadella with fat cubes and whole peppercorns.

Both are made using only pork meat of the finest quality.
