Steps

Step 1

Sear the fillet steaks on all sides and leave to rest. |

Fry the onion and mushrooms in butter for a few minutes and leave to cool. |

Spread the fillets with pate and top with the onion and mushrooms mixture. |

Step 4

Roll out the dough and top with the steaks and wrap the dough around the meat. |

Wash the surface with egg yolk. |

Step 6

Bake in a pre-heated oven at 220˚C for about 25 minutes. |

Step 7
|
Serve with potato croquettes or a fresh salad. |
